A LUXURY YOGA & WELLNESS RETREAT

For the taco-loving, world-curious traveler

Tulum, Mexico | Oct 2-5, 2025

4-Day “Rediscover Your Wild + Well Self” in Tulum, Mexico

Ever feel like you’ve lost a little piece of yourself in the daily grind? Like the version of you that once craved adventure, connection, and freedom got buried under deadlines, routines, and responsibilities?

It’s time to remember.

Picture yourself on the Caribbean coast of Mexico, where the jungle meets the sea. For 4 soul-nourishing days, you’ll step away from it all and reconnect—with your breath, your body, and your joy.

This isn’t about ditching tacos, laughing less, or becoming some unattainable version of “wellness.” It’s about real tools for real life—about regulating your nervous system, finding calm in chaos, and rediscovering what makes you feel good. No extremes, no pressure—just balance, beauty, and breath.

🌿 Daily yoga + meditation with a certified wellness coach
🔥 Detox in a traditional Mayan temescal ceremony
❄️ Cold water therapy + breathwork in the jungle
🌊 Underwater breathwork in sacred cenotes
🥗 Healthy, local meals + upgraded boho-chic lodging
🌮 ...and yes, tacos. Because joy matters too.
💛 A small group of like-minded people, ready to reconnect and recharge

This isn’t just a vacation. It’s a reset. A chance to quiet the noise, create space, and step into the version of you who’s been waiting. You’ll leave with real-life tools to handle stress, clarity about what matters, and a heart cracked wide open from the magic of Tulum.

Your wild, well self is still in there. Let’s go find it.

Tulum, Mexico - A Spiritual Vortex

Tulum itself is one of the world’s spiritual vortexex where intentions are amplified and real transformation unfolds. Home to over 80,000 cenotes—natural sinkholes seen as gateways to higher energy and the underworld—this place radiates a powerful, magical vibe that invites you to reconnect with the version of yourself you were always meant to be.

Nestled perfectly between the calming ocean on one side and the vibrant, buzzing Tulum beach strip on the other, the resort offers the best of both worlds. You’re steps away from serene oceanfront views and just a short ride or bike pedal from local dining, shops, and cultural treasures.

What truly sets this retreat apart are Free Bird Retreats’ deep local connections, granting you access to hidden caves, secret cenotes, and authentic experiences you won’t find on typical tours. These off-the-beaten-path adventures bring Tulum’s magic to life in a way few travelers get to experience.

Getting here is seamless—Tulum’s new international airport is a quick, stress-free drive from the resort, so your journey toward renewal begins the moment you land.

What’s Included?

  • Your retreat includes a complimentary upgrade from the Basic room category —a $150 per person value!

Enjoy four nights and three days at Amansala, Tulum’s original eco-chic resort and a favorite of VOGUE, Condé Nast Traveler, and Yoga Journal.

Nestled between the Caribbean Sea and Tulum’s iconic beach strip, this oceanfront sanctuary blends laid-back luxury with holistic wellness. Relax in your upgraded Garden Room, filled with natural light and organic textures, just steps from the beach.

Guided by the shaman’s chants and teachings, we’ll sweat out what no longer serves us, setting the stage for personal growth and transformation during our time together. This powerful experience is both physically and spiritually grounding—an invitation to let go, reset, and fully arrive.

  • Amansala Beach Club Access – Included in Your Retreat

As a Free Bird Retreat guest, you’ll receive complimentary daily access to the Amansala Beach Club — a $55/day value already included in your stay.

You’ll also have the chance to snorkel in these serene natural pools and explore underwater breathwork techniques for deep regulation and renewal.

We’ll wrap the experience with a traditional Mayan lunch—fresh, flavorful, and rooted in the wisdom of the region.

  • Experience cold therapy like never before in the heart of the jungle at Acacia, a private wellness estate guided by a New York native and longtime Tulum resident.

This off-the-beaten-path session features a natural 45°F cenote ice bath, paired with Wim Hof–inspired preparatory breathwork designed to help your body adapt to the cold, reset your nervous system, and tap into deep inner calm.

In just 45 seconds, intentional breathwork can shift your body from fight-or-flight to rest-and-digest—activating the parasympathetic nervous system, lowering stress hormones, and restoring balance.

You’ll learn how to regulate your breath, calm your mind, and build resilience—not just in the ice bath, but in real life. This is where the true value of the Free Bird Retreat experience begins: learning to take these tools home with you.

  • Roundtrip airport transfers to/from Tulum International Airport are included, as well as private transportation to the off-site adventures and wellness experiences.

  • Airfare, alcoholic and specialty drinks (i.e. cappuccino, smoothie, etc.) are not included in your retreat package price. Rooms are air conditioned from 7pm-7am; around the clock air conditioning can be arranged for an additional fee of $75 per day.

Prices start at $2,525 and vary depending on your room preference—choose a private room or share with a friend or two. This all-inclusive price covers meals, transportation, a 1-hour massage, wellness excursions, daily yoga, access to the beach club, and upgraded accommodations.
